So it is another year, and all the chaos begins again- what is known as fashion week. When all of the designers debut their looks for the next season (spring 2011) and we get a little taste of what will be the future of fashion. To most, it is difficult to divulge in spring looks when fall is barely there, lusting for things that will only be available in months to come.
I love to keep track of new looks, see what trends are emerging and which ones are dying. It helps me to shop wisely. This year I would like to integrate spring and fall with key trends that interlock with one another so that fashion week won't be so irrelevant to the average Jane.
So, here we go- The first trend that I see transcending seasons is the pleated skirt.
